Once you have activated the signature add-ons in WPForms.
Now you need to create a form where you will collect all the signatures of your clients.
Go to the form editor. There you will see several fields list such as Website/URL, Address, Password, File Upload, Phone, Date/Time, Signatur, Captcha, and many others. Those you can put in use according to your forms requirements.
Simply click on “Signature” Field to add it to your form or you can use drag and drop feature to place signature box anywhere in the form.
Now click on the signature button to manage signature settings.
And add a checkmark in the required box to make the signature submission is compulsory.
Step 3: Create a Service Agreement
After completely setup form, now you need to create a service agreement.
First, you have to create a new page in WordPress and fill all your agreement text in that page.
After successfully creating your agreement click on the “+” icon on the top right corner of the page editor.
Here you need to search for WPforms and select your service agreement form from drag and down box. Which you have already created.
After doing this you will see a form will appear on the screen.
Next, you have to click on the publish button to comes your service agreement page in use.
Now a service agreement form is successfully created on WordPress site and your users can easily submit their online signature.
