For installing Google Analytics code in your site using monsterinsights plugin follow the below steps which given.

Step1: go to the dashboard of WordPress and take a mouse to the plugin option left sidebar then clicks on the add button.

Step2:
now you will have the place where you need to install a plugin at the the search bar in the upper right side corner of the screen.
"Search the Google Analytics for WordPress by monsterinsights".
When you find it click on the install now button then "activate" it.

Step3:
now you have to configure the plugin which you installed and activated.
Go to the in "insights" at the left sidebar of the screen then click on the "setting" option.
Now you are at the plugin setting page where you have to connect your Google analytics account to the plugin.

Step4:
click on the "authenticate with your Google account" you need to connect your Google Analytics account with the plugin.

Step5:
a page open called authentication then you have to click on the next button, then click on "click to get Google code" then you will have to click on the allow button to get the code.

Step6: now you will see a code in a browser tab copy the code and paste it at " Google code here" box then click on the next button.
